Nneka Angela Oseji was born on August 12th 1984 in Enugu State. She is from Ishielu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State and Ibo by tribe. She obtained her First School Leaving Certificate from Kiirkiri Central School, Lagos in 1996 and Senior School Certificate Examination from Naraguta Grammar School, Jos in 2003. She got her bachelor degree in Library and Information Science from University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2012 and Masters in Library Science (MLS) in 2017 from same institution.
She is currently a PhD student of the aforementioned institution. She is a devout Christian, married with three children. She has certificates in computer training from AfriHUB Nigerian Limted, UNN and Christian Edu-Training Center, Jos. Also, she has participated in some conferences and seminars. She is a certified Librarian with the Librarians Registration Council of Nigeria and a member Nigeria Library Association. During her school days, she served as departmental student librarian, departmental Treasurer and was awarded by the department as Most Admired.
