Jude Ehwevwerhere Emurotu

Senior Lecturer

Dr Jude Ehwevwerhere Emurotu obtained his BSc (ed) in Chemistry from the Delta State University Abraka (1995), M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Ibadan in 1998 and a PhD Analytical/Environmental Chemistry from the University of Ibadan in 2014. He started his academic career at the Department of Chemistry, Kogi State University (2000-2017). He joined the services of the Federal University of Kashere, Gombe State briefly (2019-2020) from where he moved to the Federal University of Lokoja in 2020. He has held several administrative positions. His areas of research are in the determination of contaminants in food, water, soils, and health risk assessment of metals in food.
