The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi on Tuesday, 16th March, 2021 received donations from a Staff of the University in person of Iweha O. Empire, as part of his contributions to the new Administration and for the development of Federal University Lokoja, fulfilling the pledge he made earlier during the inauguration of various Committees on Monday, 8th March, 2021.

Items donated included High Definition Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras and accessories, solar-powered inverter and battery, amongst others.      

In his response, the Vice-Chancellor, who was highly impressed, thanked the donor for the kind gesture and therefore, called on other good-spirited individuals to take a cue from this and support the University in any little way possible towards moving FUL to greater heights.
