Following the Vice-Chancellor’s directive that all Administrative
Staff should relocate from the Adankolo Campus (Take-off Site) to the Felele
Campus (Permanent Site), the Management of Federal University Lokoja (FUL)
under the leadership of Professor Olayemi Akinwumi has held its first
Management meeting at the Students Multipurpose Complex, Felele Campus on 7th
June, 2021.
Also, the meeting was the first to be held using digital innovation
(e-Management System), an electronic platform/software developed by the
Directorate of ICT, FUL which was in line with the Vice-Chancellor’s vision
plan that all operations of the University be driven by ICT.
During the meeting, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi
announced the registration of “FUL Felele Consult Ltd” with the Corporate
Affairs Commission (CAC), and presented the certificate to the Director of Consultancy & Ventures, Professor David Irefin.
In order to ensure full compliance with the directive on relocation
of Administrative Staff, the Vice-Chancellor led other members of the
Management Committee on an inspection tour round offices that have been
occupied, as the staff were seen arranging their new offices with the aim of
settling down to work.
