FUL Celebrates Pioneer Chief Security Officer, Francis Okeme, His Assistant, Robert Kpanaki Over Selfless Service

For their meritorious and selfless services to the Federal University Lokoja (FUL), the pioneer Chief Security Officer (CSO), Mr. Francis Okeme, and his Second-in-command (2IC), Mr. Robert Kpanaki have been celebrated as they bow out of the services of the University.
The send-off ceremony was organized by the Security Unit headed by the new CSO, Lt. Col. Babafemi Sunday Mepaiyeda (Rtd) and attended by the pioneer Registrar and Secretary, Institute of Education, Mrs. Habiba Anavoza Adeiza who represented the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, among other Management Staff and Union Leaders.
The two pioneer Staff of the University, who have been on contract appointments having retired from Public Service earlier, were commended for their various contributions and sacrifices towards the progress of the University. Congratulations!
