Prof. Akinwumi's Birthday: FUL Management Visits Orphanage at the Host Community

As part of activities to mark the 59th birthday of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, Principal Officers and members of the Management of Federal University Lokoja visited STAGI CORNERSTONE ORPHANAGE located at Adankolo, one of the host communities, and presented some gifts to the children on behalf of the celebrant.
The delegation was led by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Professor Abdullahi E. Bala and included the Bursar, Mr. John Sule Shilo, the University Librarian, Dr. (Mrs) Sarah Yani, Deputy Bursar, Mrs Alabi Florence Gbodi, and Dr. Fatima Abubakar, Principal Assistant Registrar, among other staff of the University.
In appreciation, the children and their caregivers who were excited sang a birthday song to felicitate the Vice-Chancellor and prayed for him for long life, good health and more prosperity. See more pictures here
