Gerji Simon Golmane was born to the family of Mr and Mrs Simon Mwayitdi Golmane in Pankshin District, Pankshin Local Government Area of Plateau State, on the 7th day of January, 1976. He hold Bacholor's Degree in Educational Administration And Planning as well as Master's Degree in Comflict Management And Peace Studies, all from the University of Jos, Plateau State. Gerji Simon Golmane have held several positions among which include; Special Adviser to the Executive Chairman, Pankshin LGA, on Securirity from 2009-2012. Supervisory Councillor for Education, Pankshin LGA, 2015-2018. He was the pioneer Administrative Officer of the Department of Library and Information Science, Federal University Lokoja, and currently an Administrative Officer with the Directorate of Quality Asurrance, Federal University Lokoja, Kogi State.
