Mohammed Hassan is from Katsina State where he was born and brought up.  He is currently an Assistant Registrar the Directorate of Distance and E-learning, Federal University Lokoja.

Mr. Mohammed had a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Abuja in 2011 and an Advance Diploma in Public Administration from Bayero University Kano 2002. He has membership with Association of Nigerian Universities Professional Administrators (ANUPA) and NIgeria Geographer Association. He joins the service of Federal University Lokoja in 2013, as an Administrative Assistant and rose to the Rank Assistant Registrar in 2020.
