Joseph Isabona, Ph.D, is a Professor of Physics.
He received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Physics with Electronics, 2013 and
2007 respectively, and a B.Sc in Applied Physics in 2003. He is the author of
more than 100 scientific contributions including articles in international
Peer-review Journals and Conferences in the area of Wireless Mobile
communications. The Author is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow of the Department
of Electronic Engineering, Howard College, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban,
South Africa. His area of interest includes Signal Processing, Machine
Learning, RF Propagation Modelling and Radio Resource Management in
