Prof. Gbenga Ibileye Emerges FUL's 4th Vice-Chancellor
The Federal University Lokoja (FUL) has announced the appointment of Professor Gbenga Ibileye as the 4th Vice-Chancellor of the University, with effect from February 15, 2026.
