I, Professor Angela Freeman Miri Vice-Chancellor, Management, Staff, Students and indeed, the graduands of Federal University Lokoja, Kogi State, want to use this medium to appreciate all those who have contributed immensely in one way or the other to ensure that our Second (2nd) Convocation Ceremony which held on Saturday, 4th November, 2017 was a huge success. Your prayers and supplications shall never go unrewarded. Time and space will not permit us to mention you all, however, mention is being made here of just a few personalities: His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria ably represented by Mallam Ibrahim Dan’Iya the Deputy Executive Secretary (NUC), Hon.
