Professor Akinwumi’s five-year administration stands as a defining chapter in the history of Federal University Lokoja. Through humility, foresight, and uncommon dedication, he has provided purposeful leadership that has transformed the University’s academic culture, strengthened institutional stability, expanded infrastructure, and elevated FUL’s national relevance as well as global visibility.
