Our Services

When fully operational, Federal University of Lokoja International Centre of Excellence in Environmental Humanities will have Four complementary and integrated Academic, Research Driven and Solution Oriented components:

1. A College of Fellows which will be mostly devoted to Research and Knowledge Production, Incubation, Dissemination and Publication through a diversity of interlinked, interrelated and interconnected teams in Research Clusters;
2. Funded Transdisciplinary Masters and PhD Studies by Research, supervised by College of Fellows, Senior Research Fellows and Research Associates of the FUL International Centre of Excellence in Environmental Humanities;
3. Research Laboratory custom built and equipped for excavating, curating, producing, generating and gestating within interlinked clusters robust theoretical and practical state of the art knowledge about global African environmental issues; and
4. An internationally standard Resource Centre housing specialized research materials attuned to the needs of advanced researchers with a vision to finding solutions to the myriads of challenges facing global Africa. The Resource Centre, utilizing as foundation Africa World Press inventory of rare collection and documents, will provide a base for researchers and scholars and will be home to Federal University Lokoja Academic Press, devoted to disseminating the highest and best material through Books, Journals and other publications in the various contemporary formats.
