The second edition of the FUL’s GOT TALENTS comes up from 21 to 26 July, 2014. The entertainment week which is the brainchild of the Vice Chancellor started in 2013 with the aim of providing a platform for the students and staff to relax after the tediousness of academic work and to refresh the students in readiness for their examination.
This year’s event is set to surpass the outing of 2013 as more events have been introduced and artistes from outside Lokoja are being invited to thrill the students. Among those artistes pencilled for this thriller is Temple, an R&B artiste, Harries, a rap singer and an array of comedians who are making waves in Abuja, including Mr Odey, Hay Why and St.Musco.
The event will present FUL students the opportunity to showcase their talents in different areas, among which are:
- Music Competition
- Strictly Indigenous
- Cooking competition
- Spelling Bee
- Cultural Display
- Mr./Miss. FUL / Fashion Show
- Drama Presentations
- Eating/Drinking Competition
- Debate Competition
- Quiz Competition
- Stand-up Comedy
- Entrepreneurship Exhibition
Expect daily posts and updates on this site. And please feel free to give us your suggestions on how to make the event have the spice that will satisfy. Call Professor Gbenga Ibileye on: 08074776604 or email: [email protected]
