Admission Requirements
(ii) Basic Admission Requirements
The criteria for admission into the Postgraduate Diploma programme (PGD Chemistry) will be as follows:
(a) All candidates must have five credit passes in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology in Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or National Examination Council (NECO) or its equivalent at least in not more than two (2) sitting.
(b) In addition to the mentioned requirements in (a) above, candidates seeking Postgraduate
Diploma in Chemistry must obtain a minimum of 3rd class degree in Chemistry from Federal University Lokoja or any other recognized University.
(c) Holders of HND in relevant programmes from approved institutions with a minimum of Upper Credit may also be considered for admission.
