COMMENCEMENT OF MONTHLY STAFF KEEP-FIT EXERCISES
The Kick-off of the first session of the monthly Staff Keep-Fit Exercises took place on Saturday, 1st March, 2014. This voluntary exercise, which is being organized by the Sports Unit, University Health Services, Security Unit and Road Safety Special Marshals of the University, is scheduled to take place on the first Saturday of every month. Though, the turnout in the first session was not very impressive, it is expected that the next session will witness more participation from staff. The next one comes up on Saturday, 5th April, 2014 at 6:00am. All staff members are encouraged to take advantage of the monthly “Keep-Fit Exercise” because of its health benefits.
