FUL Signs MoU with Morgan State University, USA

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Federal University Lokoja and Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland, USA. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Angela Freeman Miri who signed the MoU on behalf of the University at the 150 years Founders Day and Convocation Ceremony of Morgan State University, USA, said the agreement was reached to enhance cooperation between the Universities in the area of Human Capital Development. At the signing of the MoU were the President of Morgan State University and the Mayor of Baltimore. Earlier at the event, Professor Miri delivered a resounding goodwill speech on behalf of the delegation of other Vice-Chancellors from Nigeria.
