The Founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor (Dr.) William Folorunso Kumuyi has visited the Federal University Lokoja (FUL) during a ministerial visit to Lokoja, the Kogi State Capital. The FUL Christian Community was on the ground to receive the General Superintendent with great excitement.

The historic event which took place on 25^th October, 2018 at the University Auditorium was tagged: “One Day Apostolic Invasion for a Great Awakening”, and witnessed large turnout of Christian faithfuls from within and outside the University.

In her remark, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Angela F. Miri who was unavoidably absent but was ably represented by the Deputy-Chancellor, Professor Makanjuola Osagbemi said it was a great privilege to host the renowned Man of God. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Governing Council, Senate, Management, Staff and Students, expressed deep appreciation to the University Don for the visitation at this auspicious moment in the life of the young University.

Pastor Kumuyi who delivered a sermon on the topic: "Solution through Divine Connection” emphasized the importance of connections in solving life problems; as an individual or institution. He reiterated the need for us to be connected to God who can take care of our challenges.

Highlights of the event include gift presentation to the General Superintendent, songs ministration by the Choir, prayers for the University, amongst others.
