The Health Indulgence Club of the Federal University Lokoja in collaboration with the National Blood Transfusion Service organized a 2-day programme on the 18th and 19th of June, 2014 entitled “The Importance of Being a Voluntary Blood Donor”. The attendance during the programme was encouraging and many students and staff donated blood voluntarily to save life.
