Notice To All 2017/2018 And 2018/2019 School Charges Defaulters

At the 50th Regular Meeting of Senate, the issue of students who failed to pay their School Charges nor register for the 2017/2018 academic session before the final closure of the University portal was considered and the following decisions were made:
- Students who paid their School Charges before the commencement of the 2017/2018 second semester examination but were unable to complete their registration on the University portal should have their results uploaded.
- For those who paid after the commencement of the 2017/2018 second semester examination should be advised to apply for deferment through their Head of Department along with the receipt for payment of School Charges for the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 academic session.
In view of the above, Heads of Departments are requested to communicate the decisions to the affected students immediately as the University portal would be opened for two (2) weeks from Monday 1st April, 2019.
