YULETIDE: FUL Senate Directs Closure of the University to Students

The Senate of Federal University Lokoja has directed the closure of the University to students with effect from Thursday, December 23, 2021 to Sunday, January 2, 2022 for the celebration of Christmas and New Year holidays.
Senate gave the approval following its Emergency Meeting held today Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at the Felele Campus.
The Notice which was directed to students only and signed by the Deputy Registrar (Senate Affairs Division), Mr. Shamaki Nuhu Kaje on behalf of the Registrar, Adm Usman Suleman Obansa reads:
“This is to inform all Students of the University that Senate at its Emergency meeting held today, being Tuesday, December 21, 2021, has approved the closure of the University with effect from Thursday, December 23, 2021 to Sunday, January 2, 2022 for the Christmas and New Year holidays. Lectures will resume on Monday, January 3, 2022.
“The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Governing Council, Senate, and the Management wishes all Students Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.”
