FUL VC, Prof. Akinwumi Charges Diploma Students on Academic Excellence, Promises Scholarship for Best Students

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olayemi Akinwumi has urged students undergoing various Diploma Programmes at the Federal University Lokoja (FUL) to be committed to their studies and pursue academic excellence.
Prof. Akinwumi disclosed this when he visited the students to encourage them during their final semester examination for the 2022/2023 academic session at the College of Health Sciences, Adankolo on Friday.
In addition to gaining Direct Entry admission into 200 level in any programme of their choice upon successful completion, the Vice-Chancellor announced that scholarship would be awarded to students who graduate with Distinction, subject to Management's approval.
Prof. Akinwumi expressed appreciation to the programme Coordinator, Dr. Sénator Endurance Okosun and the Assistant Coordinator, Mr. Udi Joshua for ensuring proper coordination and success of the programme.
