Reporting to Proprietor and managing 20 personnel. I am responsible for the
following assignment: * Programming the annual business plan.
* Setting and designing strategies and
objectives.
* Direct and coordinate other staffs towards
organisational goals.
* Supervising both human and non-human resources
to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Employing personnel to fit in required
positions.
* Using motivational methods on staffs to
produce more with more sales.
* Monitoring analysing market trend.
* Serves as Company representative in outside.
Achievement:
* During this period, we were able to make 50%,
65%, 85% and 65% sales increment in 2011, 2012, 2013,
and at
July, 2014 respectively.
* Add more work force and customers.
* Securing license from government agent.
* Add newer machine and equipment.
* Add more new delivery vehicles and so on.

* Checking and supervising the drivers to not
stray from company policy.
* I also join marketing team of the Company.
* Registering the new vehicles with government
and renew old papers.
* Always making both drivers and vehicles ready
for company tasks.
* And other tasks asked by Company to carry out.
Achievement:
* During this period, we are able to increase
sales by 50%, 65%, 75%, and 74% in 2005, 2006, 2007, and at
July,
2008 respectively.
* I employ more drivers and more vehicles to
company and up grading old ones.
* Company was able to secure its own gigantic
permanent site at Ogun State.
Reason for leaving: When I wanted to go
