Mal. Haliru Abubakar  was born  in Andarai town of the then Jega Local Government and now Maiyama Local Government Area of Kebbi State, Nigeria  in 1974, Mal. Haliru Abubakar  attendend  Andarai Model Primary  and Government Day Secondary Schools  in 1993 – 2003, Usmanu Danfodio University  Sokoto where  he obtained a Bachelor of Education (Economics) 2007 – 2010; Master of Education 2015 – 2018 (Education Administration and Planning) at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria, Masters in International Affairs and Diplomacy (2019)from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria

Mal. Haliru Abubakar Started his teaching Carrier at Nagari College Birnin Kebbi from 2004 – 2019, He also facilitate at different Entrepreneurship Development Centres in Birnin Kebbi  one of which is National Association Small Scale Enterprises (NASSI) centre.  Federal university Lokoja 2019 to date, designate with Department of Education. Mal. Haliru Abubakar has  written  a number of Journals and Conferences  both local and international.
