Mr. DEMBA Abubakar was born in 1972, at Yalleman Tijjani of Kaugama Local Government Area in Jigawa State, Nigeria. He received primary education at Yalleman Tijjani Primary School (1976-1983), junior secondary education at Government day Junior Secondary School Dakaiyawa (1983-1986) and then Senior Secondary School Pantai, Hadejia (1986-1989). He also attended College of Arts, Science and Remedial Studies Kano for IJMB program (1992) to obtain a Certificate of interim Joint matriculation Exam. He later, started his Bachelor of Science, Political Science in 2003, and graduated in December 2015 at the famous Bayero University Kano. He then proceeded to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi, to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma Certificate in Computer Science (1998/1999 session). 

To add color to his C.V, he obtained Certificate in Computer appreciation and communications from Informatics Institute of Technology Kazaure, Jigawa State (1992) and subsequently a Diploma course in Information System Management in the famous World Wide computer based institute, APTECH at Victoria Island Lagos (1996). 

He started his career in a private Forex Company (Yallema Bureau De Change) in the high brow commercial area of Lagos Island Local Government area (Idumata), Lagos State. He later joined Skye Bank Plc as marketing Staff (1996-2011). DEMBA Abubakar joined the service of Jigawa State Civil Service as an Administrative staff (2015-2019). He is currently working with Federal University Lokoja.

His areas of research interests are in Political Science and Computer Science. DEMBA Abubakar is married with children.
