Dr. Otaru, O.A.P. obtained his B. Sc. in Statistics from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria, M. Sc. and Ph. D. in Statistics respectively from University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He is currently a lecturer in Department of Statistics, Federal University Lokoja, Lokoja, Nigeria. He is a member of Nigerian Statistical Association (NSA), International Biometric Society (IBS) and Optimization Research Society of Nigeria (ORSON). He has published a number of research papers in reputed local and international journals. His main research work focuses on Design of Experiment, Biostatistics, Optimization, Econometrics, Operations Research, Business Statistics, Big Data Analytics and Modelling.
