Isah Otaru Audu is a Lecturer I in the Department of Botany, Faculty of Science,
Federal University Lokoja, Kogi State, Nigeria where he has been working since
the year, 2012.
He received BSc (Hons. Botany) from Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto
Nigeria and MSc Pharmacognosy from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria.
His areas of expertise include Phytomedicine, Pharmacognosy, Plant medicine,
Phytochemistry, Phytotherapy, Ethnobotany, Ethnomedicine, Ethnopharmacology,
Mycology and Ethnomycology.
He has published a total of eight research articles in both local and international
journals, out which he served as leading author in six and co-author in two. He also
presented three different papers of human medical importance at three different
international conferences, all of which are currently in public domain.
